Deletion Request

Users may request deletion of account data or certain data by contacting the Aisel team via official email. Send requests to hello@aisel.ai.

We may request identity verification or business authorization before processing data deletion to prevent unauthorized requests.

Please include the business name, account email, the type of data to be deleted, the reason for the request, and a reachable contact.

Certain data may need to be retained temporarily for security, audit, dispute resolution, or legal obligations.

Aisel is an independent software product and is not affiliated with, sponsored, or officially endorsed by Meta or WhatsApp.

Kami dapat meminta verifikasi identitas atau otorisasi bisnis sebelum memproses penghapusan data untuk mencegah permintaan yang tidak sah.

Mohon sertakan nama bisnis, email akun, jenis data yang ingin dihapus, alasan permintaan, dan kontak yang dapat dihubungi.

Data tertentu mungkin perlu disimpan sementara untuk keamanan, audit, penyelesaian sengketa, atau kewajiban hukum.
