Purpose

This Acceptable Use Policy explains the permitted and prohibited uses of the Aisel service, to keep the platform safe, healthy, and ethical for all users.

Prohibited Use

  • Sending spam, harmful or illegal content, or content that violates the rights of others.
  • Using the service for fraud, phishing, or identity misuse.
  • Manipulating or attacking Aisel's infrastructure, the WhatsApp/Meta service, or other third parties.
  • Collecting customer data without valid consent.
  • Using the service in a way that violates applicable laws and regulations.

Compliance with Meta/WhatsApp

Users must follow the Meta WhatsApp Business Platform policies, including template limits, opt-in, and the 24-hour communication window.

Enforcement

Violations of this policy may result in warnings, feature restrictions, temporary suspension, or permanent account termination, according to severity.

Tujuan

Acceptable Use Policy ini menjelaskan bentuk penggunaan layanan Aisel yang diperbolehkan dan tidak diperbolehkan, agar platform tetap aman, sehat, dan etis bagi semua pengguna.

Penggunaan yang Dilarang

  • Mengirim spam, konten berbahaya, ilegal, atau melanggar hak pihak lain.
  • Menggunakan layanan untuk penipuan, phishing, atau penyalahgunaan identitas.
  • Memanipulasi atau menyerang infrastruktur Aisel, layanan WhatsApp/Meta, atau pihak ketiga lain.
  • Mengumpulkan data pelanggan tanpa persetujuan yang sah.
  • Menggunakan layanan dengan cara yang melanggar peraturan perundang-undangan yang berlaku.

Kepatuhan terhadap Meta/WhatsApp

Pengguna wajib mengikuti kebijakan Meta WhatsApp Business Platform, termasuk batasan template, opt-in, dan kepatuhan komunikasi 24-jam.

Penegakan

Pelanggaran kebijakan ini dapat berujung pada peringatan, pembatasan fitur, suspensi sementara, atau penghentian akun secara permanen, sesuai tingkat keseriusan.
